The Services
Christopher Molina provides non-clinical treatment placement coordination, navigation, and advocacy for adolescents and young adults — identifying appropriate treatment programs, coordinating admission and logistics, managing timelines, coordinating with a client’s attorney and the court where applicable, and supporting the transition into care.

Christopher Molina is not a licensed clinician, physician, or therapist. Nothing on this site or provided through the Services is medical, clinical, or psychological advice. All clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment decisions are made by the licensed professionals at the receiving programs.
Not legal advice
Christopher Molina is not an attorney and does not provide legal advice or representation. For court-involved matters, the Services are provided in support of, and in coordination with, the client’s own legal counsel.
Independence — no referral fees
The Services are independent. Christopher Molina accepts no fees, commissions, or anything of value from any treatment program, facility, provider, laboratory, recovery residence, attorney, or other referral source. Compensation comes solely from the client who engages the Services, so recommendations serve the client, not any facility.
No guarantee of outcome
No specific result is guaranteed, including program admission or acceptance, treatment results, or any legal, bond, or court outcome.
Clients under 18
For minors, the Services are engaged and authorized by a parent or legal guardian.
Mandatory reporting
Christopher Molina is a mandatory reporter under Florida law (Fla. Stat. § 39.201).
Not an emergency service
The Services are not a crisis or emergency service. In an emergency, call 911; for a mental-health crisis, call or text 988; or go to the nearest emergency room.
Confidentiality
Information shared in connection with the Services is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Christopher Molina’s total liability arising from the Services or this website is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the Services. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. (Enforceability, including as to a minor, to be confirmed by counsel.)
